A fundamental principle of our quality management system is the observance of currently valid international quality standards, in particular ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002. These standards rule at all TMD Friction sites in which products for the original equipment and replacement markets are manufactured. Together with these general quality standards, we also meet special customer demands in regard to manufacturing, products and supply.
Our quality management system includes every division and process within the company. A reporting system records and monitors all processes and procedures relevant to quality. It identifies problems and corrects these in real-time. A key element of our quality management system is the training program for our employees.
Our work is accompanied by certification audits. We conduct regular audits, checking our processes for compliance with the standards and potential improvement.
